sent folder issue
 

Recent phone swap. Lost ability to store email in sent folder. After several trips to Sprint and lots of phone support, still no sent folder on yahoo email. The folder exists but, no items. Other email accounts (domain, gmail, etc.) work fine. Any clues?

Try

1. Messaging / Click Menu, select Options / Message tab on the bottom / ensure that "Keep copies of sent items in Sent folder" is checked

2. Go into the Yahoo account on your phone / Click Menu, select Tools, and then Manage folders / ensure that "Sent Items" is checked. If it isn't, uncheck it, press OK, then go back and enable it again.

Also, you could backup any messages you want to keep and then delete and re-create that email account on your device.
