Task 29 + energy Rom question

I have tried to search for this but haven't exactly found the answer. I am looking to flash my phone with the new energy rom and use task 29 before hand to completely clean it up. I believe i found the version that doesn't require a radio and I plan to use that. My question however is once I use task 29 and get into the boot loader, can I still flash the ROM using the RUU from my computer that you normally use to flash an energy ROM? Or do I have to flash it from a SD card? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Edit - I forgot to mention that this is a VZW TP2. Thanks.

You can just hold down the power button and volume down once task29 gets to or near 100%, but before it reboots. Keep holding and it will reboot into bootloader without having to remove any cables, batteries, etc.
