Issue with Rhodium_W Hard-SPL

I downloaded it and extracted it from the link in the How-to and everytime I try to open it I get the same error: Windows cannot find the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions access the item.

But my computer only has one username. I can boot into safemode and go under the option of Admin and it will open. But the phone won't connect because the computer is in safemode. I tried to change the file permissions of the .exe but it is all the same for Admin and my user name.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

arg, would it be so hard to tell the op to run the exe as administrator. (right click- run as admin) I assume this is vista.?

like vista if its win7, right click, run as admin...

make sure the unlocker is in a blank folder on your desktop as well

My little knowledge... but worth a try....
Same thing happened w/ me.. just yesterday.. and I was running it as admin as well... but still didn't help.
So here's what I did.. start-->%temp%--> deleted all the temp files... rebooted my PC.. then hooked the phone again and tried it.. worked.

For whatever it's worth.. give it a shot if you still having the same problem.

Cheers!
