Lock screen is gone
 

My phone just started doing this a few weeks ago. I don't know if I accidentally changed an option or if it's got a mind of its own. The lock screen no longer comes up when I turn the screen on. It just goes straight to the home screen. It doesn't matter whether I turn the screen off myself or from inactivity. This has resulted in a couple of butt dials and other goofs. Any ideas how to get it back? Running stock Verizon W6.5

Is the lock disabled?
Check the settings?
Did you install something recently that might have disabled it?

The only lock setting I can find in the menu is to make it require a PIN to unlock; I don't want that, just want to swipe the thingy to unlock it. I can't find a menu setting for that.
I haven't installed anything recently. If no one has any ideas I suppose I can reinstall firmware but that'll be a pain.

Install this and itll make your phone lock off each time the screen goes off, works great.

but what were you using before to have the lock screen? There's no lock screen other than the pin one from WM itself included in the stock ROM(at least in my sprint) So you must have installed something to enable the lock screen. Like co0kie CHT.
I come in is because I had a similar glitch two days ago too, and I don't understand why that happened, the lock screen was turned off somehow. I turned off the phone with long power button press, and restart it, and the lock screen is back. But looks like there's something wrong, I installed several things recently, but not two days ago, so I'm not sure which caused the problem.
