Thanks so much to all for your posts ! i appreciate it greatly !! :) and especially thanks to mwalt2 thats pretty much exactly what i was looking for , things i can and cant leave out .
And can you post the link eric12341 ?

Ive been using my ROM now for a couple of days and am pretty satisfied . i got rid of a lot of bloatware and such . however audio booster and HTC Calc dont work im missing an EXT package or more . I havent had time to debug and see which package is required . work has been crazy due to the holidays :/

Thanks again to all of you though :)

im building my own rom too, i just need to know where to get the 2019 manila packages. so to the OP i recommend u goto mobileunderground and pick up the 21916 build as it is more stable and less problematic than the 21889 build which is used by the sprint 6.5 rom

You get sense 2.5.2019 from the latest Oboe ROM. You can find the latest leaked ROMs here and dump them. If the language is not 0409 (WWE), then you can just take the 0409 from a WWE ROM even if the version is not exactly the same. You can also find the translated files here.

ok ill try that as soon as i can be able to get enough computer time, i havent been able to get on till almost 3am central in recent days. i already cooked a rom thats a 21916 build but it has the same manila from the sprint 6.5 rom, i dont know how it runs yet as i havent yet flashed it. ill probly release it here as a beta as soon as i see how it goes.

Sooooooooo , after much testing and playing around i feel i am gonna release my ROM to the forums . i call it the "Users" ROM as it is a ROM with nothing on it but the bare esenntials . its your phone , you put on what you want on it :) . Thats my philosophy . lol . I thank you mwalt2 very kindly for your help in leaving out some things . i had almost all those things gone but missed a few :P i still havent been able to get audio booster working yet . no clue what EXT package(s) are missing to have that work . But i figured after releasing it and having others try it including many of the VIPs on here i figured someone would come across to helping me . i personally dont really use it . so it wasnt a bother to me . one thing i found out tho after installing advanced configuration tools was that the End key would "hang up" my data connection rather then take me to the home screen . i fixed that with AE button plus program . ive been using this ROM for awhile and am quite satisfied with the speed/performance of it . Just gotta empty out the inbox .. i think i have almost a thousand in there lmao . So thanks again to everyone who has helped out a noob !!! :) if you try out my ROM be sure to let me know your thoughts !!!(be them good.. or bad :P )

did u rebuild it using the 21916 sys link i gave you? the 219xx SYS dont suffer the SOD like the 21889 SYS does. i created a rom but i cant get it to boot on my TP2. dont know what i did wrong, it could just be the installer im using

goto import then goto import a new windows mobile build, find the folder u extracted the 21916 sys to and then follow the rest of the prompts and then back on the main screen select 21916 instead of 21889.BUT before any of that is done make sure u delete all of the folders out of the 21916 folder that doesnt say 192 and 480_800.
