task 29 wont load... Help
 

I have win 7 64-bit laptop. The task 29 looks to be a 32 bit program and may be the issue. Thx for your help everyone.

task29 works fine for me and I have window 7 x64 as well. Just make sure you follow all the steps and instructions in the task29 post here or over xda forum.

upgrade forum is for rom releases only. and i dont even use task 29 i just flash the stock rom then flash the desired rom and clear storage after that.

240 Error is a File Open error.
Make sure the task 29 is in the RUU folder. Download it again and follow all steps exactly.

This is slightly off-topic, but I dont want to open a new thread: Is there a version of task29 that can be run directly from storage card or an equivalent method?

Well, you could try flashing it from your storage card just like you flash a rom from the card. Rename it and try. :dontknow:
