Media Uploader not working on photo uploads at all :(

My Media Uploader is not working on photo uploads to Facebook at all :( Any suggestions for fixing appreciated. Thanks Dorothy

mine just stopped working for youtube uploads.

gets to 100% then says failed not available.

is this using some external server to perform this function? it has not wroked for the last 24 hours.
