What going on?

I have touch pro 2 and everytime i reboot the phone cookie home quick links will not appear..i keep pulling the battery out and in and same problem it fixes it sometime where they do appear back but not at the moment. and help please?

did you get on a different page level by accident? Might also be disabled within CHT?

yeah - page level - when you get in to CHT, try scrolling up/down.
