Wm 6.5 rom
 

I hate to post a new thread , but i was wondering if anyone has created a Bare 6.5 ROM . Like WITHOUT titanium and manilla . just the original microsoft today screen . again im sorry for posting a new thread but i havent come across anything yet so i figured i would just ask .

I am pretty sure a Titanium build will be the barest you will find. Titanium can be turned off in the Today settings.

Hmmm .. bummer . alright thanks . i also didnt know titanium can be turned off . i just like SPB Mobile Shell better and i would have liked to free up some ram by getting rid of titanium . thanks for the info !

Stock 6.5 - just unclick Sense in the Settings / today / item tab

no no i know that . but like i said i was hoping to free up RAM by removing it completely from the rom thanks though

If Titanium is unchecked, it is not using RAM (program memory).

what is it that ppl like about that program over sense besides greater stability and lighter RAM footprint? i just dont see anything that compelling about it thats causing ppl to shell out ~$30 for it so close to the release of WP7.

Sense does use alot of memory, but not too much. I've never used mobile shell so I have no idea.

how about better/more configurations, more intuitive UI, widgets.

will have to agree with chardog . i love mobile shell there is even a theme to customize it to be like wp7 and unless wp7 comes out on sprint i wont be getting it . unless it did and im just a day late and a dollar short :P
