Need help cloning a rom setup

I need help cloning my phone software to another phone. My cousin has a TP2 running the same rom, and her phone is really buggy. Mine runs the same rom, but with a bunch of tweaks and skins. Is there a way to clone just my software, no contacts or events? preferably no settings as well.

I have spb backup, and wondering if there is such a feature or methodology.

Re: Need help cloning a rom setup

if you use UC it can be done.... your whole setup would be in the xda_uc folder, youd just have to put your sd card in her phone and reflash the rom, assuming its UC compliant... thatll get it done..

theres cloning programs, but like SPBs(same makers of SPB Backup and Mobile Shell) have a $300 app for cloning devices(NOT ESN's, sorry people get jumpy over the word clone lol)..

Sprite has one also.. theres is $300 as well...

like stated above, it cant more than 10minutes to grab her phone, put in your memory card and tweak her device out... i do this to random people i see with winmo phones and friends.. never akes long at all to just set someones phone up for them..

your taking more time posting a thread and awaiting responses, than just hookin her phone up real fast, ya know??

thats all i got

I say do a backup of your phone using Sashimi minus contacts and events. Then flash her phone with the shipped rom for her carrier or task29. Then flash her phone with the exact rom and radio version/build you have. Then use your backup to put everything else on her phone.
Instead of using Sashimi you could also just do a backup of your registry and then use that backup to install tweaks to her phone.

will it's not just tweaks, but all my apps as well. I have some paid software, which I will install.
