Help! How to switch ROM?

I currently have Mightyrom and would like to switch to Energy ROM...can someone please list a step by step of how I would do this? I am obviously an amateur at this...Thanks in advance!

the same way you put mighty on.. or just load the nbh onto the flash card then run the awesome flash tool that Wideawake made.

you can also flash by PC which is how i do it. just download the stock sprint 6.5 rom (or task 29) and flash either then download and flash energy rom by following the onscreen prompts, make sure ur tp2 is also connected and in activesync mode.

How about doing a search? This subject is covered to death in here and on XDA and there are already several tutorials on flashing ROMs.
