Re: Which Opera to install for TP2?

i use Opera 10 beta 3, still.. i stick with 10 because i like the start page.. 10 and Mini 5 have it,but 9.7 doesnt... also i use Skyfire so i can use TV_OUT and watch the PPV fight for free with friends(via atdhe.net)..

i love that we have several choices... ive never tried Mini on a device since ive been on winMO(3+yrs)... but i still regularly reccommend it(Mini) to people and friends using basic flip phones and such, and they love me for it afterward lol

I find that mini also runs some things that 9.7 did not - things scroll correctly!

Opera Mobile 10. Mini 5 is nice, but the screen drawing rate sux because it doesn't use 3D like OM10. I ended up just sticking with OM10 and setting the default zoom to 60 percent. Also, Mini breaks page formatting to squish it on screen more so than Mobile.

i use internet explorer mostly but if i were to recommend an opera it would be 9.7 because it just fits perfectly with the zoom bar and such and is much lighter on ram usage than version 10 (IE is even slightly lighter). for some reason tho this IE on vins rom has a couple of annoyances 1.)sometimes behaves like opera (mobile redirects )fix? and 2) text doesnt seem to wrap around the screen like the one in every other rom did, fix?

I find that Opera Mini 5 suits me the best in terms of web surfing. It's got a quick load time. I've tried Opera Mobile 10 before Mini, and Mini blows it out of the water (could never get Mobile to load flash, even with the add-ons plugin selected). However, Mini & Mobile blows the default 9 browser on the TP2 out of the water hands down.

For flash pages, I use Skyfire. Otherwise it's Mini for me all the way.

You guys like 9.7 better than 9.5?
