TP2 - US Celluar . Can i activate on sprint ?
 
Hi Fellas ,

I lost my TP2 last week now i see somone wants to sell a US Cellular TP2 ,

My questions is Can i activate that on sprint network
Can i flash the Sprint ROM on that phone as looking at the hardware everything looks same

Help appreciated.

No, Sprint only activates Sprint phone on their network.

not true but if you search the web you will see how vzw tp2 can be on sprint. google your question op for us to sprint.

Technically, you could activate it on Sprint, but you're going to have to convince Sprint to add the ESN to their database, and since they're still selling the TP2, you're probably going to have a little bit of trouble doing so.

Can you point out your findings in your google search? Everything I have ever read says Sprint will not activate a non-Sprint phone on their network, which is exactly what the few hits in google said (didn't spend much time, but still...). The ESN has to be in their system. You could accomplish this by cloning a Sprint ESN to your device or somehow getting them to add it to their system (which is impossible/next to impossible according to the sprintusers.com and about every other hit when I searched).

A link showing it working reliably would be nice!
