Digital
Rights
Management

For music files from various sources that expire.

I use Rhapsody, and can use it with the stock Sprint Rom, but not with any cooked ROMs.

i think recmodding drm middleware modules prior cooking should do the trick.Meaning it can be fixed with cab on any ROM

why don't u make ur own rom and cook it in? don't disrespect the cooks theres probably a useful reason as to why they don't.

Eric-its people like u that give forums a bad name!

I asked a simple question and dont need your useless comments.

If I could make my own ROM and include what I needed, I would not have asked the question

go back to your mom's basement!

Wow, you're pretty helpful. What is disrespectful about the first post? It's a simple question that did not single out any ROM. There's no useful reason for leaving it out. I do agree it is much better to make your own ROMs since any monkey can do it with the tools created by developers. There's nothing magic about making a ROM and everyone gets packages from the same leaked ROMs / SYS. The only difference between ROMs is what people leave in or take out and some skinning.

DiscretixDRM, DRM_Middleware, and LockstreamDRM are all packages in ROMs that seem likely to be required to play DRM content. There may be others, but I don't see the need for DRM content...so I have not experience with it (DiscretixDRM and LockstreamDRM may be the most important from what I've read in the past). You could cab install them if you can find cabs or ask a 'chef' to leave them in the ROM.
