Do i need to unlock my VZW TP 2 to use a international sim card
 

Do i need to unlock my VZW TP 2 to use a international sim card. I will be doing some trail in Europe for a few weeks. I was thinking about buying a international sim. Do i need to pay to get my phone unlocked? Or can i just insert the sim card i buy when i get there?

verizon will give you the unlock code, I know sprint is already unlocked for travel and I'm not sure about verizon.

you'll need to call verizon and let them know you are travelling out of the country and want to use your phone locally where you will be at. they will give you the unlock code for your sim at no charge.
