ok ive read on some site that currently us cellular runs on its premium data plans unlimited date. is that true?
if its not true and I install a custom rom is there a way to have unlimited tethering?

no idea about the US cellular issue- but most custom roms (if not all) have stealth tethering- someone correct me if I'm wrong

can anyone explain how stealth tethering works because i would think they would b able to track the amount of bandwidth u use in a month no matter what

Of course they are able to track how much bandwidth you use. But with some carrier-specific built ROM's, they can also tell how you use that data - and with stealth tethering - it looks to the carrier like it's straight form your phone, and not using your phone as a modem.

not all, this sprint basics 6.1 rom I'm using doesn't have it. I had to put them myself but of course I don't really tether that much.
