I'm not sure what the complications are, but it's easy as pie. Attached is a poorly made how-to, but this is the process I used. Make sure you are connected via activesync before you even open the .exe file.

Extract the .zip, you and you will have the .exe file you need.

Re: HELP! HSPL unlock (CDMA) HAVE YOU RECENTLY UNLOCKED?

Big thanks to Teradog for taking up this issue.

I cannot believe the success many have had un-locking multiple phones. Exactly my case:
  1. Sept 4, 2010. I lost my phone by stupidly leaving it at a Carl's Jr restaurant.
  2. Sept. 7, I received Brand New TP2 from Asurion and immediately Un-Locked it with Un-Locker with no problem.
  3. Sept 16, Extremely unfortunate for me, I accidentaly left my phone in the bed rail of my truck, from which it fell. Needless to say it was subsequently crushed as it lay on the road, until I recovered it after 3 hours of looking for it.
  4. Sept. 17, I received my, again Brand New in Box TP2, and again I attrempted to Un-lock, but... this time I could not. I repeatedly kept receiving the "you've unlocked a device before... bla bla pay..."
  5. Sept. 19, Submitted for a "ticket" for support at "Olipro Creations" website to resolve my issue because they (Olipro), insists that it is free to "private" users.
  6. Sept. 24, till today, and as I now learned from Teradog, I have nor will I ever get contacted from any support at Olipro creations.
The reason I refuse :protest: to pay is on the grounds of principle and common sense. They claim it is "Free" to private users and clearly it is not to me or others who have had this problem.
They claim "Transparency," yet they (Olipro/Cmonex) don't even respond to any issues or questions the users may have since they no longer offer support for the time being.
-Why would anyone want to take the risk :pale:[-o< and purchase a product that has no support, or any guarantees whatsoever, since the creators of the product are un-reachable? :banghead:

To add to the distrust, the HSPL-Unlocker needs to install a Hacktool:win32/keygen in order to operate. Of course it is this worm, that is what lets them know if you have previously un-locked any phones before. That of course implies, any computer used to unlock Must accept the Hacktool in order for the HSPL to work.#-o

I'll keep trying alternative solutions, I appreciate any advice and comments.
Thanks.

There isn't a virus in the package. The reason it shows up as one is because of how it works. It checks hardware, downloads files from online, and then tries to access hardware again. Basically, the functionality that allows them to license it also makes it look like a trojan/worm to AV programs. I may have a solution for you though to unlock your phone while waiting for the Mr. X HSPL.

I would really like to hear about your solution! do i "watch this forum" or do i PM you?

my experience with the unlocking problem is what got teradog going on this. my name is marvin, i go by ichthus in this forum.

i have the same symptoms as described in the previous post. i am unable to unlock my phone. i am totally pissed that olipro/cmonex still have the balls to leave their money-collecting website UP and collect our money while having no intentions of helping.

Well I tried Loading an old Sprint ROM. I went back to WM 6.1, then tried again.
  • Sync'd phone
  • Downloaded a fresh HSPL from Olipro/Cmonex web site.
  • Ran the package.
  • Chose the "Automatic" as recommended.
  • There after received the DAMN message again of "we have detected that you have used this before and bla bla bla... for commercial use contact... so on and so on..." and PAY!PAY! PAy!

Maybe just my luck or something. I am fresh out of ideas. I even tried all sorts of crazy things. One was to extract the .nbh file and rename it "RHODIMG.nbh" and placed it raw in a micro sd so that I could try to flash from the card. No good!

Then I extracted the .nbh file from the stock RUU from Sprint which I had already flashed, and replaced it with a custom .nbh and again, NO GO! :banghead:

the message your getting...is because you have unlocked from your ip before.now they have recorded your new esn. so basically you gotta pay or contact them and wait and wait some more for them to release your esn. you should of done it from a different ip..or even mac address. i always proxy when unlocking. but thats whats going on. if you donate the 5 your golden. personally i would just so i wouldn't have to wait for them to get back to me. which could take months from what others are saying. also mrx hspl wont work for you as i stated before his doesnt have a jump hspl. so you still need theirs before you flash his.
