Auto-Unlock When Tethered to Handsfree

I can't seem to find an app. I am hoping to find something that will automatically unlock the handset when tethered to an handsfree BT device.

The issue I'm trying to solve: I use Google Voice. I also use PIN based lockout (Exchange forced). When I'm in my car, if the handset has been dormant for 15 minutes or more, the hand set locks itself, so when I get calls, I have to:
  • unlock the handset
  • bring up the dial pad
  • press 1 to accept the call
That a pain. Is there any app that anyone knows of that can detect a BT tethered handset and automatically unlock the phone while it's tethered?

Can you turn your lock off when you get in the car? Or plug your device into the car charger/adapter and set your device so it doesn't sleep or lock while on external power.

No, the phone automatically locks after 15 minutes of disuse by policy.

Well, I know on mine I can set it to not sleep on external power. You should be able to do the same. Or do you just not want to set it that way?

I don't understand why you can't turn off your locking app or change it's settings. What lock are you using?
