What to do first?

So my first TP2 is on the way, actually from cesium on this board, via bargains :) And this is my first official post as well. So what do I need to do first with this phone? He said it had an Energy rom running on it right now, I'm still researching roms, any recommendations? And I saw that pandora was problematic, with crappy quality audio even when folks got it working, was that ever fixed?
Thanks guys!

Use the phone for a week with factory, then do some homework, find/build the rom you want, and then unlock and flash away.

and also look into the android forum and check into that. You'll find that you have just entered a new world of possibilities. :)

EHH, leave NRG on it and play with it... NRG is usually well equipped with lots of cabs, usually has the newest features, and most of the standard tweaks are already included..

use NRG as your starting point.. if you think you need more-then you know where to start from..if you think you need less, then you still have something to base it off of..

If you are looking for streaming music, try Slacker. The same music selection as Pandora, with a better interface.

I found that slacker doesn't display properly on 6.5.x roms

pandora works fine with me just display is weird as its not meant for tp2. as far as ngr. remove that crap. his roms are garbage. at least for me . but thats my opinion. i personally find vins roms the most stable for tp2.
