TP2 and Macbook Pro sync issues...

My sister has macbook pro and a touch pro 2 and it won't sync..

I tried syncmate and such with no success...
Any one with a mac willing to share some knowledge?

I like missing sync...does a pretty good job. Everything except for notes will sync.

syncmate works fine for me
