No longer able to view images in html emails

1 Attachment(s)
I did a hard reset on my phone after I was unable to get rid of my "1 unread sms" notification. After setting my phone back up, I realized that I couldn't view images in my emails. I am not given the option to download images from the internet. My boyfriend also recently did a hard reset but never uses his email. I had him give it a try and the same thing is happening on his TP2.

The entire message has been downloaded and all I can do is "Tap to scroll right". Anyone else having this problem or know how can I get the images to show?

you have to go to the end of the message and download the rest of the message

Mess with your download attachment settings and be sure its set to download the full message, that's what I did and it started working again.

Seriously though, check your settings at your email server and make sure it is set to download pictures. You could have some sort of Security setting enabled. Then re-check your device settings. You could always delete the account on your device and then re-create it and try re-downloading the email(s).
Good Luck! ;)
