Permanently disable wifi

Wanted to ask if anyone knows how to permanently disable wifi on the touch pro 2. I sure it involves opening her up, not sure how deep inside would be necessary.

Why? If it isn't enabled the hardware is inactive. Are you trying to prevent someone from accessing it or don't you trust yourself to leave it alone?

My guess would be that it's also part of the bluetooth as it is with other devices, good luck
