Minimal ROMs to run Android, do we have any here?

I am looking to test Android on the Touch Pro2 (Sprint branded) and was wondering if there were any minimal ROM's here in the CDMA TP2 section?

I found Titanium Energy but it's quite big, at around 140mb.

Whats the benefit of small ROM size if you run droid on top of it?
I thought droid kicks out windows completely....

Faster loading. Full ROMs take up some time to load, having a smaller ROM loads into Windows faster.

also affects available memory within droid the larger or smaller the winmo base ROM is.

isnt this incorrect?? Android is booted from the SDCard, available memory is pulled from SDCard as well-or so I thought.. ive ran ROMs that keep me at 80% and i boot into Android and i have 90mb of freedom-hence why Android never lags..

i dunno, guess I thought differently

I dunno, I have a 8gb sdcard of which I only use about 2 gigs... so if i were to look at available memory in android I'd expect to see roughly 6gb free if it were pulling from the card right? Instead I tend to see 70-80mb free which is in keeping with what I see available in device memory.

Not saying I know the answer, I just thought it was a safe assumption since the numbers were roughly the same.
