Searching on phone question
 

Isn't there a way to do a text search of whole phone on theTP2? Seems I used to have a way to do that but now forget. I know you can open email, sms, etc and start typing but it seems there was a way previously to search the whole phone. Basically I want to do full text search on notes and tasks...

The only way I know of is to use the Search icon (magnifying glass) and that is usually limited at best. I'd love to see if others know of a better search app...

Start -> Tools -> Search Phone

thanks I see it now... but wow that is pretty slow... wonder if it is my 16G card or maybe there is a third party app that does a faster search.... hmmmm.

correction... I just realized you can select a data category which greatly speeds things up.... very cool... thanks all...
