HELP Ringtone for text messages????? Need Help Please
 

Ok i been wanting to know if there is a cab. or something to make your ringtone not play over and over again. I tried to set a music ringtone for my text messages and it plays the whole song until its over, and if i get another message while it is playing it will play the song at the same time. Is there any way this issue can be fix??? Right now i am stuck with the ringtone that comes on the phone. ](*,)](*,)

well personall i just use the alert bubbles for my txt and emails.
i know what bug your tlking about.
im not sure if there is a cab. maybe someone with more cabs on theyre HD will have one?
idk if one exist though

You just need to make a shortened version of the song specifically for your text messages, than you can control exactly how long it plays and what section.

MP3 Trimmer is VERY simple to use and you can do it on your phone

+1 for just trimming it down... been awhile since i used a Song for a alert tone, but im pretty sure i stopped doing it because if you alert is 10seconds, it plays all 10seconds even if catch the text as it comes in... and if you get a text while on a phone call, it played in the backround(pretty sure thats been fixed though)..

as you can see this means its easily been a year since i used a Song for an alert, but those used to be the bugs with it
