TP2 is not working, what to do?
I have insurance with Sprint. My internet is not working unless I use the Wifi on my home network. Also the End Call button is not working when I press it and sometimes when im doing something on my phone it will be activated and close out what im doing or end my calls. Should I just take it in and get a new TP2 or should I wait until they are no longer making them so that I can get a newer phone? That is what I did with my original TP. It was acting up and I took it in and they gave me a TP2 because the TP was no longer being made. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Seems like your contract year is already up, might as well use the insurance (that is why you pay for it) and then if the need arises just use your 2 year upgrade price.
If you don't wanna go that route it sounds like your phone has some water damage so sprint may send you to asurion for a refurbished phone. |

my refurb is better than my nib tp2 so no worries.

Sounds like you answered your own question in the first Sentence. Take it in or call and see what they are willing to do for you and keep you as a customer?

Actually, I checked a few months after I got the TP2 and they didnt count it as an upgrade so I still have my 2 year rebate. Im really not trying to spend any money tho so I guess I will just go get another TP2. Thanks for your advice.
