Ok guys thought I would post my updated settings here. I have been testing and these settings have given me the best performance yet. Here's what I've got:

CPU max 768
interval 900ms
steps 2
load max 23
load min 8
jump max 50
jump min 2

Having fun with this great app! :)

This is exactly what I was hoping for when I created this post.
I tried his settings, and folks, it works. Thanks Horndoc. \\:D/

WHAT YOU ARE ABLE TO CONFIGURE IN OCT IS NOT SO MUCH A SETTING AS IT IS A "PREFERENCE."

ps- horndoctor has questionable hygiene practices

EDIT: I guess to make my post actually worth a damn, I'll note that I benchmarked my TP2 using SBPBenchmark and overclocking by about 50% caused an almost direct increase in benchmark results of about 50%. I'd love to do a battery benchmark over a day or two as well, but I actually use my phone for stuff, and junk.

WTF!?
I don't think I deserved those remarks! :angry7:
I am a very clean person thank you very much.

One thing to remember folks. Overclocking will amplify the instability of your setup. So if you run a buggy rom then your device will freeze or crash much quicker than a stable setup.

No, you didn't deserve those remarks. BUT, as a DOCTOR, I do hope he's wrong. NOW, to make my post worth a damn...I'm back to my (sorta)original settings; 748mhz, zero steps, 100 load max, 0 load min, 80 jump max, 3 jump min. energy Sept. 4th GTX - too lazy to flash a new one. :p

Re: *OVERCLOCK* Specific OCT V1.5 Settings

I've found that I can simplify things if I use the 'jump max' and 'jump min' settings. I set jump max at 15% and jump min at 14%. This will just either run full overclock at 15% CPU or above, but should help save battery by underclocking for 14% and under (hopefully while asleep in my pocket for half the day). You can reduce the underclock amount by increasing the number of steps. I'm at 243.2 Mhz for underclock and 729.2 Mhz for overclock. So far I haven't run into any problems like I was using the same CPU max with more steps between max and min cpu clock (device would not wake up when slacker radio was playing, etc.).

how the hell do I uninstall...can't do it with the remove programs thing...

it just stays there...says it's not fully uninstalled.

Did you stop the service before running? Refer to the readme.
