File widget

For SPB MS. How do I make a widget just for a certain file? Like a powerpoint, or PDF, or spreadsheet, etc?

widgets are usually programs that do something. what would your program do? or did you mean a shortcut to the file you want, one that sits right on your desktop by the quick links?

I think. Rather than using file explorer to locate the file, or opening xcel and then going to open...I just want an icon on my "phonetop" (?) that I can just click, and bam, the file is open

I went and highlighted it in file explorer...press and hold menu didn't have it. The regular menu didn't have it

OK. I have a link to it in my start menu. How do I make a widget out of it so I can add it to my phonetop?
