My Location wierdness
 

so the "my location" weather has usually just shown the state when I'm at my house. Occasionally it would show the nearest town which is also my mailing address.

Today I see that my location is "county subdivisions not defin..."

anybody else ever seen such a thing?

same result via data or if I turn on wifi

the gps gods updating the borders or something?

I have no idea, I was in another town recently that would alwaysdisplay properly and for some reason yesterday it said I was in Providence.

yeah, its actually showing a new town for where I work now too instead of just the state like before.

anybody know where they pull the location name from? Does that come from navteq or somebody like that? They must be updating their data?
