I can be online on the ps3 just fine but when i try to connect my slingbox sometimes it wont work to find the internet is there a way to reset it or something? would that help?

Re: Slingbox Issue

I think Slingbox does have a reset or at least you can restart it somehow. Those things are real finiky with different routers. My netgear worked flawless. Then was moved to another brand and would hardly work. Then to a linksys and it works most of the time. Customer service is pretty good though if you keep having problems. Try an online chat...

I have same problem. I don't think its users though. I think its Sprint or sling server problem.

Re: Slingbox Issue

Sling has recently been experiencing issues with the directory, see here for more info. The less than helpful message will report to check your internet connection, but it is an issue on the Sling servers. Seems to have cleared up for me for now.
