TP2 No volume control over Bluetooth ???
I Just got a pair of Sony HBH-is800's Very nice small Bluetooth buds. They do not come with volume control. The problem is the TP2 I have will not lower the volume using the phones volume controls. It's way to loud. Is there a fix for this?

Re: TP2 No volume control over Bluetooth ???
Frustrating, I know. I think it is the way HTC decided to use a new BT controller for their TP2...
I got around it by getting a BT headset that has volume control on the unit. So far, the BlueAnt T1 works pretty well. It's also pretty cheap. Check it out at your nearest Best Buy. Maybe that will keep you content until a better phone comes out. I am waiting for the Droid phone to hit SERO- but that is for another thread... |
Re: TP2 No volume control over Bluetooth ???
Thanks Scoob... I guess it's back to the Motorola S9's. These buds where for working out. The Sony's are sweet but they dropped the ball on no volume controls but I guess they had to in keeping them so small. I'm wanting to upgrade to but don't want to lose my old plan. I know eventually they will squeeze me out of it or leave me with old dying phones.

Re: TP2 No volume control over Bluetooth ???
Do you have single or dual volume (system/ringer) set up? Maybe you're just changing the ringer volume...just a guess.
