I am on my second TP2. I had an Alltel TP that they wanted to get me onto a Verizon phone. They wanted to give me a Verizon TP - but I wouldn't accept that. They sent me 3 replacement TP's that all had bad displays. So then they Upgraded me to the TP2 and that came with a bad GPS. So now on my second TP2 and this one seems to work. But yes, they tried to tell me the TP2 was out of stock and unavailable as well, which was a load of bull.
