Help Data Failure - Code 67 Registration error on Forced Roam?
When I force roam & try to use the net or check my mail I am getting a
Data Failure - Code 67 Registration error. Started happening last weekend when I was trying to catch a signal out in the boonies but has continued sicne I came back to a full SPCS coverage area. What is the solution to this problem. TIA! |

in the phone options there is a setting to allow data when roaming.
also it sounds like you may need to run the update profile again. |

a hard-reset &or tech support should get it working again. they could have a kink on their end.

Have you tried updating the profile in settings?

Had this issue and tried the HR and profile update, what is happening *from what sprint csr told me* is that when your phone polls other towers it tries to get back to your "Home tower" or closest one to it, but it keeps some info from the other towers *verizon, tmobile..blah blah* and may sometimes have an issue getting a lock on your phone and data settings. Easy solution is to call as I did and have them update it on their side. It took me a whole 5 mins to fix the issue. Hope this helps.

I was having this same issue yesterday and today. I just backed up all my important stuff and did a hard reset; Worked like a charm

either way may work, just gotta pick your pain. although both may still be needed.
