Unable to start HTC sense
 

Hey,

someone help me, I just had to soft reset my phone like 5 times already and now im looking at it and it seems like it's trying to start HTC sense ( Im using the 2.5) and it's just looping and then all of a sudden it says on the top part "UNABLE TO START HTC SENSE. TAP HERE TO TRY AGAIN" so I tapped it and nothing happened? has anyone ran into this problem before? or know how to fix this issue? any help would be appreciated, thanks!

hard reset is in your near future my friend. happened to me after a bad cab install and the only way i solved it was a hard reset

You can try to disable Sense (Start>Settings>Today>Items tab, then uncheck HTC Sense) soft reset and try to enable it back once it boots up again. This might work, but yeah, you might need to hard reset if it doesn't.

if you installed something to your sd card recently, remove the card and see if sense loads up on a fresh reset.. if it does you know its the last thing you put on sd and can remove it and maybe avoid the hard reset

This just happened to me last week. I uninstalled my CHT 1.8 and sense reloaded. It gave me the motivation to change ROM's. I switced to Mighty Rom (6/20) and have been fine since.
