editing/backup "my text"
 

Hello Everyone,

i was wondering if anyone knew the following questions about the 'my text' feature that comes with the standard keyboard (im currently using Mr. X rom but i believe i have seen this feature in other rooms). I am trying to see what is the limit of phrases i can enter in it and if anyone knows if it can be used in other programs (opera, word documents, etc). if anyone knows how to back it up via a reg edit so i can sashami to reload it when needed that would be awesome also.:headbang: Thanks everyone.

hmmm, good question... ive seen a similiar post before and it was about being able to use "my text" in HTC msg since it only works in WM msg.. which wasnt possible... so im guessing you cant in opera and such either.. "my text" is an option is WM message by default.. Opera and Word are 3rd party programs, the option is not built into those programs, therefore backing up "my texts" or editing a reg will not accomplish that..

im sure there a way to back up "my texts" but i dont know what it is... i just knew that for opera and other apps it wont work.. but hopefully someone can chime in and let ya know how to atleast back it up
