sprint touch pro 2- bluetooth issue

i recently upgraded to a sprint touch pro 2 and I'm having issues with trying to send a file from my pc to tp2. When i try to send something to the tp2, i see a progress bar on my pc, but nothing is getting transfered. I tried different usb ports and get the same result. I tried with my touch diamond and I'm able to transfer without a problem. Even a hard reset of the tp2, i still cant transfer over bluetooth. Any help would be appreciated.

update: I think its my bluetooth usb device. I was able to transfer a file from my touch diamond to touch pro 2 without a problem.
