Does anyone know of a good simple notes app ... maybe something similar to the choke choke iphone one

pullin out the stlus and a note opening isnt easy enough for you?

ahh ... I was just being sarcastic and choking when talking about the iphone.

Do you know there is one built into Windows Mobile (I think it's in the outlook folder on the stock ROM when you hit the start button)? It seems to meet your criteria, but it's not clear what you don't like about it or what else you might be looking for. It syncs with Outlook/Exchange too, which is a nice touch.
