do you still have to pay to unlock the sim of the sprint touch pro 2?

also
what is the most stable rom out there
i have been on Mighty rom for so long now havent flashed

anything like mighty but faster more stable?

do not wanted bloated software

i just use
facebook, palringo, google maps, youtube,
