Any tweaks for the microphone?

Many people complain they can't hear me well. Are there any tweaks to get more gain on the mic. Thanks

I acutally have the same issue and would like to know also.. Glad to know I'm not alone on this.

I found that the following dword value may help

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Phone:Vol

I set it to 65535 Decimal, the mic volume is much better.
