Best program to play .PLS files

What is the best program, preferably free, to play streaming .pls files?

GSPlayer. I'd highly recommend it over TCPMP for streaming internet audio. .pls files are shoutcast stream URL's and GSPlayer not only handles these fine but displays info about the stream that TCPMP doesn't to the best of my knowledge, including multiple 'channels' in the PLS.

Is there a program that will let me listen to the radio using the url ending with aspx instead of the usuall mms:// address or .pls or m3u files?

you got to be kiddin, right? gsplayer is so limited and non finger friendly compared to the one i linked. and not only does it do pls great, it plays practically everything audio/video you throw at it.
