zoom bar and text messages
 

Looking for a cab that will make the zoom bar work when viewing text messages. I'm an old dude and don't like having to get my reading glases to see a text message. It would be very nice if I could use the zoom bar to blow up the message and pan around like I do when using opera to vie the web.

doesnt exist i thought, sorry man...

you can change your Font size though via stock options in your device, that will also translate over to your msgs and theyll be bigger..

I have the text set as large as it will to thru wm6.5.

If there is a way to get it larger please tell me how. I'm not sure what you mean by stock options.

I'm on Sprint 6.1 stock ROM and the zoom bar works on SMS for me. It also seems to set all of the msgs for the same setting, i.e. set it large in SMS and my email is also large font.

I have a verizon phone that is unlocked, i'm using it on at&t. my zoom bar does nothing in any of the screens while viewing sms

any ideas?

im on nrg with sprint. if i hit all messages and use the winmo client, it lets me zoom with the zoom bar. htc client does not.

should I be able to make this work with my verizon phone using at&t? If so please explain how.

on your messaging tab, do you have a soft key that says all messages in the bottom left?

Yes, I have the "all messages" but you lost me at winmo client and htc client.

if you click the message directly, it leads you to htc messaging. if you click all messages it takes you to winmo messaging. they show all the same texts, just diffrently. tap all messages, then select a conversation. try to zoom once you can see the convo. if it doesnt work scrolling up, try down. you may already be at the max.
