jawbone 2 static/crackling sound
 

is anyone experiencing static and crackling sounds through their jawbone 2?

just did, they had me reset the jawbone, delete the pairing, remove my battery, start the phone, then re-pairing the jawbone... still have static.

guess its going in the trash now.

ok, so a friend just bought a new jawbone 2 yesterday and i tried pairing it with my tp2.

i'm getting the same crackling/static noise coming through. when i go look at the bluetooth connectivity signal bars, its all over the place from 3 to 5, down to 0 before back to 3/4.

when i have the tp2 paired with my car's built-in bluetooth the bluetooth signal bars are at a steady 5 bars.

what could be the issue causing the jawbone 2 to fluctuate?

i've had the jawbone 2 paired with my tp2 for 9 months with no issues until a couple of days ago.

forgot to mention, i'm running mightyrom if it makes a difference.
