disable phone code lock

Sorry for asking a stupid question but i looked every where to solve the problem. I put a code to lock the phone but now i want to disable it. How do i do this? On my htc touch pro 2

ROM 6.1 here, go to start/settings/all settings/
on the personal settings tab go to lock and untick checkbox.
