Wifi and Data speeds the same
](*,)
Help me out. when I connect to wifi its the same with data on or off. Does that mean that is the only speed it will handle or am I doing something wrong. My wireless computer gets 10,000 mbps my phone 3230kpbs. some one said they got almost 10,000 kpbs over wifi on touch pro 2. Help:protest: Thank you |
Re: Wifi and Data speeds the same
I get 3230kpbs with just data on using skyfire after the prl update to 60668

Re: Wifi and Data speeds the same
3230 would be near or at MAX for 3g speeds as were bound to 3.2 or 3.6mbs...
i recently in a thread talked about hitting 10,000kps.. that was using comcast for wifi on my TP2.. thats not the TP2s speeds.. 3230 would be good and close to as best as you can get just using your device and no outside wifi signal.. your not missing out on anything |
Re: Wifi and Data speeds the same
I think the op is referring to using wifi access, however skyfire is not a good way to test since it's a proxied service.
have you checked the comm mgr to make sure the phone didn't trigger a data session? |
Re: Wifi and Data speeds the same
Yes I did and it was not triggered. I get better speeds on data:scratch:
that doesnt seem right. I have comcast cable 20meg download and 3 meg upload. guess the phone only goes so fast. |
