Stock Sprint ROM from Touch Pro2?
 

Has anyone dumped this and tweaked it to work on the Diamond or TP1? I tried looking, but it all points to custom ROM's which im not interested in.

Or does anyone know if you can just throw the stock ROM on the Diamond or TP1 since they are pretty much the same as the TP2 hardware wise?

Negative.. And if they dumped it and tweaked it, it would than be titled a "Custom" ROM so you're still not getting what you want...

NRG/mighty/any ROM maker don't magically make the files they use in ROMs. They all come from dumped ROMs at some point.

You can't use the TP2 rom on a diamond for many reasons. The 2 most important are: 1) Hardware is different and 2) WVGA vs VGA.

But they're are plenty of Diamond/TP1 ROMs that are basically the bare essentials such as a Stock ROM so why not just go with one of them..??

Because the stock TP2 ROM is the best ive seen, and i want to use it if i can.

You can............ Buy a Touch Pro 2. that is the only way you are going to be able too.
