Activesync Flakier Than Usual
 

This program is not the model of stability, but lately has been even flakier than usual. Have to reboot before it connects and also I have to take the phone off lock before it will connect. Makes it difficult to synch my podcasts etc...

Has anyone got some ideas of settings that might have gotten corrupted.

I am using the vanilla Sprint ROM.

devices have always had to be unlocked before activesync works... one can read bunches of threads where people screens broke, not letting them unlock, therefore not being able to sync.... so thats not an issue by any means, its just how it works.. its for saftey

I have been digging about on Activesync problems and there are two threads of interest. What they recommend are some settings changes, but after reading down, the issue is far from resolved:
