MIP Profile...!!!!!!!

I wanna flash my TP2 back to sprint.
For that i need the MIP Profile and MIP Default Profile info.
Can someone with a Sprint TP2 go into EPST (dial ##778 and then press send key) and select their MIP Settings and MIP Default Profile and paste all the fields and their values here?

And i know that also i have to change my PRL to that of sprint too.
Does anybody also know that what else need to be changed to get my TP2 working on sprint.

Really appreciate the help n thanx a lot in advance.

Wouldn't that make your phone a clone of someone elses, causing an issue somewhere..??

Nope it doesnot, coz MIP settings are just the service provider settings.
