Show Contact As Nickanames?
 

For some reason my contact doesnt come out as the nickname i assign

Is there a way for my contact to come up as its nickname? I hate people finding out who I talk to so I need to assign a nickname for everyone

nickname?? im confused... ive never seen a "nickname" category in either sense contacts or outlook contacts..

if you want your contacts to have a "nickname" then the contact name has to be whatever "nickname" you pick instead of their real name..

I'm not sure if this is what OP is talking about, but Outlook offers a "Nickname" field within the "all contact fields" list (among many other fields). But I don't believe it is possible to show that on the phone by default.

If you just assign the nickname as the contact name as bored said, then you can use the nickname to voice dial them as well. Great as long as your nicknames are SFW. :)

Oh never mind that for some reason I added nick name on outlook & it did show up as the nicknames but when I used contact changer 1.3 it screwed it up.. thanks anyways
