Hard-SPL help needed.

OK, so I need to flash a rom on my tilt2, but everytime I run it and click ok to flash, it says the servers are down. Any answers?

based on what I'm reading at xda, here and at other forums we are screwed. i just got an insurance replacement tp2 and i can't unlock it either.
