GPS does not work
 

I just picked up a verizon touch pro 2 and cannot get the GPS to initiate. I flashed the phone to the verizon MR2 update right off the bat (after activating the phone on the original ROM). It did not work with the MR2 update, so i moved on to the latest Energy ROM. Still no dice on the GPS working. using VisualGPS, no satellites are visible and nothing really happens. Everything else on the phone works just fine with no issues whatsoever.

Is there a radio update i should try to remedy this issue? It is currently running 2.35.00WV

All GPS specific settings are correct as to what i have found so far searching through the forums.

any help or experience with a similar issue would be much appreciated.

Mine died 4th of July weekend while out of town. Just thought it was a problem with the ROM. Nope, no rom to fix this mess. Can't get Tom Tom to work or anything. Time to call Verizon to send out a new one. Only got 200 hrs of talk time out of this phone. My Touch Pro 1 has over 700 hours talk on it. First TP2 got just over 300 hrs.
I NEED the GPS to work as it gets used a lot!
